Karlee Grutezner

Miss Deaf Teen Michigan 2007 - 2009

Karlee

Karlee Gruetzner is a junior at Michigan School for the Deaf (MSD).  She is involved in numerous activities where she has made a mission to take on leadership roles such as:  volleyball captain, basketball captain, Junior Class President, Student Body Government (SBG) President, and Homecoming Court Junior Princess.  Karlee made the Dean’s List during my freshman and sophomore year at Lahser High School and when she transferred to MSD, her GPA skyrocketed to 4.0.  Karlee is currently a dual-enrolled student at Mott Community College to take her interests in math and psychology a step further.

Despite her hectic schedule, Karlee typical teenage activities such as going to the mall, listening to music, and simply hanging out with friends.  She enjoys meeting new people, traveling to new places, and trying out different kinds of food!

 

 

A Pageant First

The first Miss Deaf Teen Michigan, Karlee Gruetzner and Mr. Deaf Teen Michigan, Ray McCall will compete in the Mr. and Miss Teen Deaf America Pageant at Model Secondary School for the Deaf in Washington, D.C. on March 5-8th.

New MDMPA Website

On April 6th, 2007 the Miss Deaf Michigan Pageant Association launched their new website design.

On our new site we've made it easy for you to access information. Site features include, color themed categories for Miss, Teen and Junior sections.

We've also added a Flash Image Gallery of all of our previous photo archives.
