Michelle Peterson- Secretary
Michelle Peterson

Miss Michelle Peterson hopped on the Miss Deaf Michigan Pageant Association bandwagon in October 2006 and took the role as a Secretary of the executive board. Having just graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York with a BS in Business Management, she was very eager to get back to her roots in Michigan.

Peterson currently resides in West Bloomfield. She is a Sales Coordinator for Quasar Industries, a prototyping shop and low-volume manufacturer in the suburbs of Detroit. She became an adjunct professor at Baker College in January 2007 teaching American Sign Language. She as well as represents Hands On VRS. She immensely enjoys volunteering at Deaf CAN and other organizations in the community. During her spare time, Peterson enjoys traveling to warmer pastures, scuba diving and reading.
